My sister and I visited mum on Saturday, we lasted 20mins, before she fell asleep. This has been happening a lot lately, mum falls asleep even though it is only around 10am, and combine that with a loss of weight, 86 years old and you will have a pretty good picture. So Jan and I usually make an outing of it and spend an hour or two together.Usually the cafe at Urunga on the water.
This weekend though there was a little alternate expo at the Sawtell Scouts hall. Lots of crystals, clairvoyants, and essences which are similiar to a herb and spice mix a naturopath does. All up my ally, it sort of comes with the territory of being a Master Reiki, which they were also offering a Reiki treatment.

Prior to all of this, we decided to visit Sawtell for coffee after mum's visit. Jan had never been to the coffee shop, near the surf club.
It is only small but always packed. Such a great view from there.

The weather was great sunny but not to hot. At the restaurant was this gorgeous dog huge but very gentle.Some sort of poodle I think.
